I would say that with this number of antennas and this collecting area, we
define the "A" array as 10km, and go down to the B, C, D, and E arrays

D 380m
C 1.1km
B 3.3km
A 10km

I would ask that Al give us some firm direction on what we should be
aiming for; what sort of time scales, how are we to come to a compromise
with the Euros, etc;  perhaps get one of their array advocates to
come out here to discuss things?  The distributed nature of our
configuration effort does not help.
