[mmaimcal] time to re-tune

folks,

dick asked me today to consider what should be the time   
to re-tune the ALMA.  considering that changing frequencies
means re-pointing the antenna, and looking at torben
andersen's memo [231] for help on antenna moves/oscillations,
and including consideration of correlator dump times that
we discussed yesterday, it seems to me that 100 msec is 
easily fast enough for re-tunes.  this is what i told dick.
does anybody wish to pipe in on this discussion?
