        a) Kogan: Minimax program for synthesized beam sidelobes.
           Program features:
                -optimize for shared stations  (Memo 226)
                -restricted geometries allowed (Memo 217, 212)
                -restricted topographies allowed (Memo 202)

                -Webster nested rings/triangles (Memo 214)
                -Conway spiral geometries       (Memo 216)
                -Holdaway cost-benefit analysis

2) D array
 
        a) Kogan optimization for worst sidelobe vs. D array diameter
           (Memo 217).  Assumes N=36, D = 10m, minimum spacing = 12.8m 
           (current = ?).
