Some details on teh LSA 183 GHz radiometers at Chajnantor:

Three DSB channels, spaced 1.2, 4.5, and 7.5 GHz from the line center.
Ambient temperature, subharmonically pumped Schottky mixer. Free running
91.7 GHz Gunn oscillator. No doubler. The LO is regulated to within 1
degree C and its frequency drift is less than 4 MHz/degree C. Receiver
temperature is about 1500 K.
