[mmaimcal] notes on a discussion topic for monday

hi all,

peter had me look at the problem of non-intersection of the azimuth
& elevation axes on MMA antennas this week.  i wrote up some notes,
and have FAXed them to al in CV and simon in TUC.  peter would like
us to discuss this briefly on monday - mainly whether you agree with
what i've written up, and if you think i've missed something...
