[Gbtpipeline-announce] New imager in "gbtpipeline-test"

[Announcements related to the Green Bank Telescope pipeline.]

Dear GBT Pipeline users,

If you use "gbtpipeline-test", please be aware that the AIPS 
gridder/imager in the pipeline was just replaced with a NRAO-developed 
Python imager called "gbtgridder".

The "gbtgridder" is invoked from the pipeline, but can also be run as a 
standalone tool.  It takes calibrated SDFITS spectra as input and 
produces FITS image cubes.  Type "gbtgridder" at the command line for 
more information.

The AIPS imaging tools remain available via aipspy, as described in the 
pipeline user's guide:
