[Gb-ccb] Connection to the ccbserver on ccb1cm.gbt.nrao.edu

I hate to rain on the parade, but we are still facing connection
problems with the ccbserver.  One can connect to the ccbserver
on ccb1cm.gbt.nrao.edu from some machines (like anubis), but
not others, e.g., fire.gbt.nrao.edu where the Manager needs to run.
The error is:

53683:13h46m30s [id=12656]: Couldn't connect to CCB control-server at 
ccb1cm.gbt.nrao.edu (No route to host).
53683:13h46m30s [id=12575]: The connection to the CCB server is now closed.
