[Gb-ccb] ping

I don't know what the exptected status of the CCB in the equipment
room is, but when I tried to test some new Manager software, it was
in the same state as last Thurday, i.e., I cannot ping it from anubis
nor naiad.  We may want to clear this up before copying disks or
moving it to the telescope.
