[Gb-ccb] CCB IP addresses

Now that we have IP addresses for the CCBs (thanks Brian), I have now
activated the CCB's dynamic IP address scheme. This means that the CCB
is no longer reachable at ccb1.gb.nrao.edu. Currently, since the CCB
is in the lab, it boots-up as ccblab.gb.nrao.edu. Once on the
telescope, and connected to the 1cm receiver, it should automatically
boot-up as ccb1cm.gb.nrao.edu.

If the change in name is inconvenient right now, tell me, and I'll
revert the configuration to use DHCP. This will then pick up the old
ccb1.gb.nrao.edu address.
