[Gb-ccb] CCB Server update

I have just installed a new version of the gpio-card driver, to
correct the problem of the overall FPGA-done flag incorrectly claiming
that not all of the FPGAs had loaded their firmware. Using my demo
client, I have verified that this appears to now have the expected
value. Thus hereinafter the manager should no longer show an error
condition, when connected to the CCB.

I have also turned off 11 unwanted services on the CCB computer, such
as bluetooth and pcmcia. So the system should boot a little bit
quicker now. There are a few more services that I would like to try
turning off, but I'm not sure whether doing so might thereafter
prevent access via ssh. If it did then I wouldn't be able to get in to
fix this, and somebody would have to hook up a monitor and keyboard to
reenable ssh access.
