[Gb-ccb] telecon today-- *3pm* ?

All- due to a prior engagement Martin can't make our regular telecon-- can
we shift it to 3pm (noon pacific/1 socorro) in room 241?  please ignore
the previously scheduled telecon in that room, which I'm pretty sure is a
phantom meeting.
