[Gb-ccb] installations and stuff

There are two installations available for testing the CCB:
/home/sim  and /home/rxlab.  I have set the CCB up in
/home/sim for running the CCB in simulation mode and in /home/rxlab
for running the hardware.  To use the sim installation
run "source /home/sim/gbt.<bash|csh|sh>".  To use the rxlab
installation run "source /home/rxlab/gbt.<bash|csh|sh>".
The CCB Manager runs on host altair for the sim installation and
on host anubis for the rxlab installation.

To stop and/or start the CCB Manager see the attached examples.

Please note that there are two configurations file (CCB.conf),
one for each installation, i.e., /home/sim/etc/config/CCB.conf
and /home/rxlab/sim/etc/config/CCB.conf which are currently
different.
