There are two diagrams (.bmp) and a short .doc file (with which I had no
problem in OpenOffice).  Please have a look and send us some comments.

We should probably also think about a telecon, say, early next week to
give folks some time to digest Randy's proposal.  Monday is an NRAO
holiday so how about Tuesday afternoon?
