[fitswcs] Lookup distortions example {External}

Folks:

A while back I implemented the distortion algorithms of Paper IV into the WCS software in IDL distributed as part of SolarSoft package, https://soho.nascom.nasa.gov/solarsoft/gen/idl/wcs/.  One thing I did not do at the time was to include the lookup table option.  I'm now trying to do that, and was wondering if anyone had any sample files using that distortion option.
