  "integer an fractional" -> "...and..."

  "In the following MJDREF" -> add comma after "following"

  "when the time scale is TDB" ->
  "when the time scale is TCB or TDB"

  "keywords im images" -> "...in..."

5.2

  "are also being dealt with" -> "are also dealt with"
   (The original sounds like what you'd say when the paper is in
   the course of being written.)

5.3

  "are largely being dealt with" - omit "being" as before

5.5

  "can only be used if" -> can be used only if"
