[fitswcs] Units along spectral axes

About the units -- could be interesting to to mention also the
unit parser / converter which exists at CDS both in Java and C and
understands the OGIP conventions as well as those adopted in the
catalog descriptions (quite close to OGIP ones). A web page
(http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/Unit) converts to SI the units 
typed in into SI. A web service to the package exists too.
