[fitswcs] New Administrator/moderators for <fitswcs> service

Dear friends of FITS WCS,

Eric Greisen and Mark Calabretta have agreed to become the new
administrators of the <fitswcs at nrao.edu> mailing list.  I am grateful
to them for taking this responsibility.  I will remain on the
administrator list for a transition period.
