[fitswcs] WCSTools 2.5 released

The latest version of WCSTools, a toolkit of programs and
subroutines for dealing with world coordinate systems in
FITS (and IRAF .imh) images is now available at

ftp://cfa-ftp.harvard.edu/pub/gsc/WCSTools/wcstools-2.5.tar.gz

A new version of SAOimage which uses the same WCS subroutines
is also available at

ftp://cfa-ftp.harvard.edu/pub/gsc/SAOimage/saoimage-1.25.tar.gz

Changes are mostly bug fixes, though the USNO-A2.0 catalog is
now supported, and SAOimage can now plot catalogs over images
in conjunction with the imcat program:

saoimage -reg `imcat -c catalog -r 15 image.fits` image.fits

This software does not yet support catalog access over the
Internet, but I hope to include that in the next major release.
