Subject: [fitsmime] FITSMIME Internet-Draft title

With the approval of the AAS WGAS FWG I have requested a title for the
FITS MIME Internet-Draft.
The IETF has acknowledged that the name will be
draft-allen-fitsmime-00.txt

These are the externally imposed time constraints for the advancement
of the FITS MIME document.  The IETF has a meeting mid-July meeting in
Vienna, and no new RFC business will be considered until after that
meeting.  The text for FITS MIME can be submitted on or after July 18
for consideration no sooner than the next tri-annual IETF meeting
(Minneapolis in early November) and no later than six months from now.
The cutoff for consideration in November will presumably be around
mid-October.
