Appendix A. Syntax of Keyword Records does not describe the "END" keyword
record. I suggest that it be included for reference and completeness
because it has a special syntax that is distinct from the commentary and
value keywords. It should probably be added to the list
of FITS_keyword_record items.
For example,
FITS_keyword_record := FITS_commentary_keyword_record |
FITS_value_keyword_record | FITS_end_keyword_record.
FITS_end_keyword_record := END "77 spaces"
