Hi Fitsbits,
This has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find searchable archives of this list, although google does try.
I have an all sky camera, an Omea 6M from http://www.alcor-system.com/
I would like to know the best FITS/WCS convention to use for setting up a WCS for the data. It photographs almost the whole sky, and the fisheye lens creates distortion with depends on the radial distance from the zenith.
I have been looking at the SIP convention, would this be the best one to use?
Thanks for any advice you can provide,
Regards,
Rhys
