[fitsbits] results of IAUFWH vote on FITS CHECKSUM

The IAUFWG vote about the Data Integrity Keywords (CHECKSUM and DATASUM) 
has terminated with the following results:

- there were 20 valid votes out of 22 IAUFWG members
- there were 19 yes and 1 abstain votes

Therefore according to the IAUWFG voting rules the proposal is approved.

The timestamp of the abstain vote is Mon, 11 Jan 2016 09:14:03 -0700

Namely the section on "Data Integrity Keywords" currently numbered 4.4.2.7 
describing the CHECKSUM and DATASUM (optional reserved keywords) is 
approved for incorporation in the FITS standard, and the Appendix 
"CHECKSUM Implementation Guidelines" (currently numbered J) is 
contextually incorporated in the FITS standard document. Appendix C.2, 
Appendix H.3, and bibliographic references will be updated accordingly 
when the document will be formally reissued (possibly together with the 
result of forthcoming votes).
