[fitsbits] Test2 -- ignore

This message is testing a change in the gateway which connects mailing
list fitsbits to newsgroup sci.astro.fits.

The change which we are testing uses the Mailman mail-to-news and
news-to-mail gateway service rather than using the special NRAO
gateway code which was developed some years ago for use with
Majordomo.

Test1 on 05-03 was unsuccessful due to looping; I regret the four
copies of the test message which fitsbits subscribers received.
