[fitsbits] MIME types for FITS

Applying the KISS principle to

  http://www.ucolick.org/~sla/fits/mime/rfcFITS.txt

it seems that image/fits will do for just about anything. The compression
schemes mentioned are recognizeable by reading a small portion of the
beginning of the file. The various "flavors" of FITS are recognizeable by
reading the FITS headers themselved. Thus, no additional MIME types are
needed, and should not be created, in my opinion. There is a basic tenet of
MIME that eschews creating MIME types for variations of media that can be
recognized by examining the media itself.
