[fitsbits] Fits Plugin for PC Photoshop

Hello,
A new version of the Fits plugin for PC Photoshop is available for download
from my site below.

This new version deals with two main issues ;

i) 16-bit data saving the Photoshop way (read the readme.txt file for more
details of this).

ii) Full header retention on save.

The plugin has been tested with Photoshop versions 4 through 6 and is a free
download.
