[fitsbits] Try local adaptive unsharp masking on your FITS!

Hi,

I have recently developed a new image enhancement algorithm and
implemented it as a plugin for the MIRA image processing package.

The process is called local adaptive unsharp masking (LAUM) and many
sample images can be viewed here: http://www.inside.net/mira and a
fully functional demo can be downloaded.
