[fitsbits] FitsX has new features

There is a new release of FitsX, the fits image processing program.  It has
two additional tools:

- map one image onto the plate characteristics of another.  This makes the
image fields concident.

 -synthesise a colour image from three separate filtered images.

FitsX handles the 32-bit fits images generated by AstroVideo.
