[fitsbits] FITS User's Guide in HTML

This is to announce that version 4.0 (April, 1997) of the 
NASA/GSFC Astrophysics Data Facility's  "A User's Guide for
the Flexible Image Transport System (FITS)"  is now available
in HTML at:

    http://archive.stsci.edu/fits/users_guide/

Except for adding & correcting links to referenced web sites,
no changes have been made. Future revisions however, are
expected from the FITS Support Office at Goddard Space
Flight Center.
