I was forgetting about that.  TDB also.

We could drop them both if we had a solar-system ephemeris that used
TCB as its time argument.  Right now we've got the JPL ephemeris, and
that uses TDB, so we're stuck with TT and its ugly 32.184 sec offset
wrt TAI, I fear.
