[fitsbits] ANNOUNCE: CFITSIO.pm v0.93

Hello again,

A new version of the Perl interface to William Pence's CFITSIO
subroutine library is available. For more information on the CFITSIO
subroutine library, see http://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/fitsio

New features in CFITSIO.pm v0.93 include:

* Reading 3d datacubes into Perl arrays with fits_read_3d_TYP() now works.

* Routines added:
  fits_null_check()
  fits_get_img_type()
  fits_get_img_dim()
  fits_get_img_size()
  fits_get_image_wcs_keys()
  fits_get_table_wcs_keys()

You will need version 2.034 of the cfitsio library in order to build
this module. Earlier versions will not suffice due to a small change in
the cfitsio API introduced in 2.034.

This module has been tested on Linux (2.2.x, ix86, glibc 2.1) and
Solaris 2.6.
