Xfitsview port to Xfree86-OS/2

I have ported Xfitsview to OS/2. It requires Xfree86-OS/2. The archive
is named Xfitsvew.zip and is currently in 
(ftp or http) hobbes.nmsu.edu/incoming 
with a proposed placement in hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/astro

Xfitsview is a fits file viewer with astrometry capabilties.
