[evlatests] Ku-band Polarizer problems

Just to chime in on this particular question - I don't think we know.
Polarization is not in the standard VLA calibration pipeline, so we get
no regular statistics. And most folks, even those doing polarization
(which is in general a more knowledgeable group), don't look at their
data that closely. Certainly not as closely as Rick. Couple that with
how often Ku-band is done in polarization, and I just don't think we
have good statistics. We could mine the proposal database to find out
how often Ku-band polarization has been done. It's harder to mine the
archive for those statistics, because there is no way, other than
choosing polarization intents for some sources, to indicate that an SB
is a polarization observation, and those polarization intents are not
carried through to the index database in the archive (at least I don't
think they are).
