[evlatests] 2026 A-config VLA RFI Sweep

The spectra of the A-config 2026 RFI sweep are posted online at:

For each receiver band there are also subband based plots (PDF files)
linked from their respective pages to give a more zoomed-in view.

We're also in the process of moving all the previous RFI Sweeps over to a new online RFI GUI called DRIFT<http://drift.nrao.edu> (Dynamic Radio Interference Finding Tool) which will eventually replace the old PDFs/PNGs.
For now there's just a subset of the VLA RFI Sweeps, but there should be more than enough to play with.
You'll also find several other NRAO related facilities/instruments there as well (GBT, VLBA stations, etc.).
