[evlatests] Ka-Band summary

A rather better picture than K-band:

All receivers were cold.

Cross-hand phases were quite good — far better than what we saw at K-band. No idea why.

Polarizations are all with expected ranges (5 — 8% typically).

Temperature-induced gains ranged from 15 to 45%. (I define this as (PDif,max - PDif,min)/PDif,min). As at all other bands, application of the switched power removed these large variations to an accuracy of a couple of percent.

Some antennas don't know the temperature-induced gains! Instead, there's a wide range of PDif values — up to factors of a few. These do reflect the gain changes.
