[evlatests] ea 21, V-pol P-band -- still weak

Hey Rick,


We checked vlite data this morning and sure enough, the signal looked 
great after maintenance and then just dropped out! We obviously have 
more than one issue on that antenna.


We will be out to continue the hunt next maintenance day.
