[evlatests] Zero PDif antennas

I took some data, in 8-bit mode, at X, Ku, K, Ka, and Q bands, to check some flux density issues.

Two antennas have 'zero PDif' troubles — PSum looks good, but 'PDif' are just zero-centered noise.

ea09 in RCP:  Ku-band in IF 'A', and
                             X, K, Ka, and Q in IF 'B'.

ea12 in LCP:  X and Ku bands in IF 'C'.  (PDif is very weak at K-band, looks good in Ka and Q bands)
                            K, Ka, and Q bands in IF 'D'.
