[evlatests] C-band RFI?

I got an hour of test time yesterday afternoon, to check on effects of our switch problems.
The data can also be used for other purposes, so decided to look for evidence of unusual C-band RFI effects.

Note that I used 8-bit samplers, and tune the two IFpair to avoid the known 6 GHz RFI.  So, the 1 GHz-wide bandwidths are centered at 4.7 and 7.0 GHz.  Also note we are in A configuration.


All gains are normal, except for ea13 LCP, which has both low amplitude and a wonky bandpass.  Examination of the spectra show no evidence of any RFI.
