[evlatests] Proof that RFI Monitor did it ...

     All:

     Dan disconnected the W8 RFI monitor from ea28 yesterday.  The same 
short test run on Thursday was re-run to see if the bandpass on ea28R 
improved.

     It did.

     Plots for the lower and upper halves of the bandpass are attached.
