[evlatests] Test of the new T303 band switch

     With the replacement of the bad T303 band switches with new ones, I 
looked at some data taken ~10 days ago.  The observations switched 
repeatedly around the high frequency bands.  The three SB totalled 6 
hours time, within which there were about 100 band changes.

     *NO* examples of the bad switch behavior seen over the past 10+ 
years were found in the switched power.  All PDifs were smooth and 
consistent, with the only deviations being believable gain changes from 
the receivers.
