[evlatests] ea05 phase memory

     In the latest 'flux densities' run, it was noted that ea05, on one 
(analog) side only, never remembers the phase from one scan to the next.

     The observation consists of repeated observations of a couple dozen 
sources.  Each source is observed at each band.  What was noted that 
ea05, on the 'BD' side only, had no remembrance of the previous source's 
phase.  So although the phase coherence *within* the scan was excellent, 
the phase was complete uncorrelated with that of the previous source at 
that same band.

     This was seen at all bands, and for all times.
