[evlatests] Large unscheduled gap tonight _EVE shift. ~5hrs again

There is a potential for a large unscheduled gap tonight of ~5hrs. OST 
weather settings are set for no overrides and are currently at less than 
5m/s wind and less than 10 API/RMS with clear skies and normal temps and 
humidity low at less than 20% . So this unscheduled time is even with 
these very good conditions. I will continue to monitor OST in case this 
changes. But if you want to run other scripts manually or have 
test/projects, just let me know.
