[evlatests] Stable Antennas at Ka and K bands

     I noted in the previous message that it is difficult to find stable 
antennas for the purposes of phase calibration.

     I went through my data (there are two observation blocks -- very 
consistent results), and deduced of eight (perhaps nine) antennas whose 
R-L phases are stable -- hence appear to have reliable U-X switches.  
They are:

     3, 4, 6, 9, 19, 23, 26, and probably also 12.

     All others show various degrees of instability on both runs.

     Note:  This list is valid for Ka and K bands.  I didn't get Q band 
data in these two recent runs.  The list of stable antennas appears to 
be different at Ku-band.
