[evlatests] P-band sensitivity in XX and YY

     All:

     The claimed 8% difference in sensitivity between P-band 
polarizations is an exaggeration -- caused by my poor choice in 
reference antennas for the noise histograms.

     When analyzed more carefully and completely, the difference drops 
to 2 -- 4%, depending on which antennas are excluded from the analysis.  
This is likely too small a difference to be concerned about at this time.
