[evlatests] February 'test-engineering' meeting -- new date/time

     All:

     We'll hold the meeting this Thursday, 16 February, at 10AM in Rm 317.

     Please send me titles!

     I'll present the results from the elevation gains/temperature 
sensitivity runs.  This will include (mis)behaving switched power, 
elevation gain curves, and (hopefully) confirmation that the temperature 
stabilized noise diodes are doing what we want.
