[evlatests] New time for postponed 'Test-Engineering' meeting

     It turns out that the proposed time for the December meeting 
conflicts with an 'ngVLA Level 0 Science Requirements' meeting.

     After some consultation it appears that an optimum time for this 
meeting is:

     Tuesday, December 19, 3PM, in Rm 317.

     Please let me know if you have something to present.  I'll send 
around a more complete agenda and reminder on Monday.
