[evlatests] New c-band RFI?

     In reducing data taken over the winter/spring, I find a new zone of 
RFI, within C-band,  previously unknown to me.  It's not very strong 
(only  the shortest spacings in C configuration have a discernible 
effect), but is broadband -- looking a lot like one of those accursed 
microwave links.

     Zone of affected frequencies:  4568 -- 4868 MHz.
