[evlatests] P-band dipole polarization

A short test was run yesterday evening to check whether the
re-orientation of the dipoles solved the cross-polarization issues at
P-band.

     Mixed results.

Again taking ea01 as the 'gold standard', we have:

     A) Good antennas (< 5% cross-pol): ea01, 12, 16, 22, 25 and 26.

     B) Bad antennas (> 15% cross-pol) : ea10, 13, 15, 17, 21 and 27.

ea15 is by far the worst (> 20% cross pol).

So, ea06, 17 and 27 -- which were the worst before, are definitely
better, but still not good. So either:

     a) ea01 is itself off (a bad standard antenna), or:

     b) There is something else causing the coupling between the X and Y
channels.
