Summary of Monday test:

The conditions were as follows (From Doug Whiton):
-------------------------------------------------------------

We will have someone in Ant.1, 14 and 21.
Ant.1 will have no adjustment to the bias(10%).
Ant.14 bias is 15%.
Ant.21 bias is 20%.

Doug

-------------------------------------------------------------

1. Command errors are gone - (large changes in commanded position, from
interpolation errors). The executor update took care of it.

2. ea01 no modifications, still oscillates. Cougar was in the antenna
and apparently hit the e-stop to stow the antenna several times
so as to stop the oscillation. We should get his report.

3. ea17 also no modification, still oscillates, larger errors when
tracking fast forward than fast reverse. There are also some
brief error spikes of duration ~1sec and magnitude 1arcmin.

4. ea14 and 21 - both look better than the unmodified antennas.
There are still some oscillations, mostly during fast-forward
but they are lower amplitude than before. Also occasional
    error spikes like ea17.

So, overall, things are better. But there are two things to work
on a bit more:

(a) There are occasional errors in timestamp of command - the command
appears to be identical to the previous one, which is not real but the
sampling has caught the same one twice. This is true of new antennas,
so it is in addition to the 104ms sampling on the old-ACU mibs. To be
re-visited after Hichem returns.

(b) I wiped out the collected encoder data after the first 10 min.
(I do not type fast, but I think slower). I'm working on getting
it via the pointing table which is intact. if any conclusions
change I'll send an update.
