[evlatests] WIDAR P-band status update: 17MAR2015

Dear P-banders,

Here is the outcome of a short VLA WIDAR P-band status test (few minutes
on 3C48) we ran on the morning of March 17. EA02 and EA04 were out.

Major points of attention are:

+ all cross-polarizations are below 10 percent
+ EA03 and EA05 switched power Pdiff looks OK
+ EA16, EA19 and EA23 all work fine (thanks for the fixes!)

- EA03 has fast bandpass ripple on XLV and YRH  (both 3.1 MHz = 48 m;
reported previously)
- EA05 has fast bandpass ripple on XLV and YRH (both 3.1 MHz = 48 m; new)
- EA08 has fast bandpass ripple on YRH (3.6 MHz = 42 m; since late
Jan/early Feb)
- EA13 has slow bandpass ripple on XLV (21 MHz = 7.2 m; reported previously)
- EA13 has low power and somewhat erratic bandpass shape in YRH (about
20 percent of median; new)
- EA13 has slow bandpass ripple on YRH (~22 MHz = 6.8 m; increasing
since late Jan/early Feb)
- EA13 has zero Pdiff, meaning no switched power
- EA14 has erratic bandpass shape in XLV (since late Jan/early Feb;
persistent also after fix 03/11/2015)
- EA17 has slow bandpass ripple on YRH (~17 MHz = 9.0 m; since late
Jan/early Feb)
- EA19 has fast bandpass ripple on XLV and YRH (both 3.1 MHz = 48 m; new)
- EA28 has fast bandpass ripple on XLP (3.6 MHz = 42 m; was reported
previously)
