[evlatests] WIDAR P-band status update: 17JAN2014

Dear P-banders,

Here is the outcome of a short VLA WIDAR P-band status test (few minutes
on 3C48) we ran on the morning of Jan 17. EA08 and EA19 were out.
Several new issues were found, mostly bandpass ripples (probably
cable/connector issues). Major points of attention are:

- EA02 has fast bandpass ripple on XLP and YLP
(6 MHz = 25 m; was reported previously)

- EA03 has fast bandpass ripple on XLP and YLP
(both 3.1 MHz = 48 m; went through the barn)

- EA09 has fast bandpass ripple on XLP and YLP
(both 3.0 MHz = 49 m)

- EA13 has slow bandpass ripple on XLP
(21 MHz = 7.2 m)

- EA14 has low power in XLP
(about 50 percent of median power; was reported previously)

- EA16 has erratic bandpass shape in YLP
(power looks reasonable)

- EA18 has low power in XLP
(about 40 percent of median power; was reported previously)

- EA23 has low power on XLP
(about 50 percent of median power)

- EA23 has very low power on YLP
(about 2 percent of median power; bandpass looks reasonable)

- EA28 has fast bandpass ripple on XLP
(3.6 MHz = 42 m; was reported previously)
